We are representing a client with defective falcon wing doors on his Tesla Model X. The defects: sometimes the doors only open a few inches, sometimes they literally do not close at all. My client has had multiple repair attempts on this. Of course Tesla wants to jiggle some algorithm to try to fix the car, rather than buy the car back under California’s lemon law, but we are proceeding with my client’s claim and intend to get him full restitution plus a civil penalty and attorney’s fees.
